allow me to recommend a trip to Lincoln this season

I'm planning a sharkwater party that Saturday

It's on the list. We went with the season opener in Bloomington. Cheaper, easier trip, holiday weekend, and extended family will be joining us.

Want:

LSU
Auburn
Rose Bowl with the Gophers in it
TX-OU
WLOCP, although I'm more of a beer drinker I might have to switch to whisky-Sprite for that weekend

Thoughts from my various travels over the years:

I wasn't impressed with Tennessee. Sure it's big, but the only way you fit six figures into Neyland is by having 10" of bench space per person.

Washington is a must-visit for CFB fans. In addition to being a goregeous setting (especially in September), they have the best in-stadium chow in college football.

I was at the Rose Bowl this past spring to see U2. Even for a concert, it's a fantastic setting. the only problem is that it is a colossal pain in the neck to get out of Arroyo Seco afterwards. It's much easier to walk back to downtown Pasadena than to sit in the golf course afterwards.

The prices for the UGA-ND game have gone up, not down.

Cheapest ticket on SH right now is $699.  When they first came out they were under $500.

End zone crappy seat for $700? :96: :73: ???

Cincy,  they are estimating 25,000 Dawgs in South Bend. Vince Dooley is throwing out the 1st pitch at Wrigley (Cubs vs  Bravos) the Friday before the game FCS.
And I believe the Falcons play the Bears at Soldier Field that Sunday.  All in all, an incredible sports weekend for Georgia sports fans.

I've been everywhere in the BigTen, along with Notre Dame, except Nebraska and Illinois. I'm definitely going to Lincoln the next time Michigan plays there, since I already promised to get tickets for the UM-NU game in Ann Arbor next year to a Husker friend, who said he'd do the same.

I definitely plan to go to Austin, Pasadena, and Blacksburg when Michigan plays there in the next decade. I'm hoping to go Seattle and Norman as well.... If Michigan had series against Georgia, Tennessee, LSU, or Texas A&M, I'd go to any of those places, too.

1. Tallahassee "Big Night Game". Wanna do the Tomahawk Chop. Been to a couple of Chiefs games and they do it. But it doesn't seem right.

2. Old Miss. Wanna go to the Grove

3. LSU. Anyone with a shirt that says "I'm from Omaha" Baseball fans will understand.

4. Army/Navy. Just to yell at the boots......ahem Midshipmen.

5. Raiders/Chiefs (Las Vegas) cause I'm a Raiders fan and it's Vegas

6. Not Football but a Bristol night race!
