apparently, they need more motivation than scenery  - perhaps they've hiked that trail enuff times

I suggest beer & chicken wings
Put a Hooters at every peak....or a Twin Peaks, come to think of it.  Motivation, payoff.  Done deal.

Pro tip. In the other thing, putting in 20s effort and asking for 4m recovery doesn't get you repeat business...

High only in the low 50s here today.  I'm headed to the Live Oak Brewery where I'll most likely sit outside.  Gonna need a parka.
