Put a Hooters at every peak....or a Twin Peaks, come to think of it. Motivation, payoff. Done deal.

The sort of thing that you push so much effort in a 20 second burst that you're VERY excited for the 4 minute recovery you get afterwards.

Pro tip. In the other thing, putting in 20s effort and asking for 4m recovery doesn't get you repeat business...
