apparently, they need more motivation than scenery  - perhaps they've hiked that trail enuff times

I suggest beer & chicken wings
Put a Hooters at every peak....or a Twin Peaks, come to think of it.  Motivation, payoff.  Done deal.

The sort of thing that you push so much effort in a 20 second burst that you're VERY excited for the 4 minute recovery you get afterwards.

Is this about cycling or...?

Pro tip. In the other thing, putting in 20s effort and asking for 4m recovery doesn't get you repeat business...

High only in the low 50s here today.  I'm headed to the Live Oak Brewery where I'll most likely sit outside.  Gonna need a parka.
That's right rub it in,it's 14° here now and even the beer can't go out side

We're forecast a couple more days I'm the 70s, but then a frigid week where the highs are only in the 60s.

Tomorrow should be a beautiful day to spend my holiday on the golf course tho.

65 and sunny today, 69 and sunny tomorrow.  A little too chilly but I can manage.

I think we're going to the lake tomorrow.  Water will be quite cold but I won't spend much time in it.
