That was only like a WCW showing.  We can do better.

Thanksgiving weekend crowds are always a bit strange.  Often out of towners, including for some reason a group of Nebraska fans sitting w Cyclones students.

I guess I recall attending some random games on this weekend.

Nebraska has more fans at games they dont care about than MSU fans who actually show up to home games this weekend

Tough battle in College Station as expected, Horns didn't do anything in the second half to make it easier on themselves.  But a win's a win, especially on a rival's home field.

You believe UF's academic superiority over the Nitty Gritty Daisy Orange Britches Crew involves the players after a blowout win over FSU?

You can be Exhibit A, now.  haha

If OSU players get suspended after that fracas, it could obviously be a thing in the playoffs.

Bowl projections: Ohio State falls to No. 8 seed in College Football Playoff, SMU earns first-round bye - CBSSports.com

The above could go in my "rankings" thread, as it's conjecture, but has OSU hosting the Vols.  Miami drops to 12 and gets to travel to Texas (who they presume loses in the CG).  They have SMU beating Clemson in their CG.  Clemson had a weird kind of season, I imagine some fans are calling for a change, but if they beat SMU (and it's close to toss up) they will make the playoffs.

South Carolina had a weird season as well at 9-3 with that very close loss at Alabama and at LSU and got trounced by Ole Miss.

Well, he could still win the NC.

Given his overall record, it is asinine to think about firing Ryan Day, but . . .

If he can't beat this year's crappy Michigan team with this year's Ohio State team . . .

I was musing about coaches who fairly consistently win nearly every game they should, but lose critical games to rivals or strong programs, so they may end up 11-2, but the 2 means the season was ... nowhere close to a championship.

Richt was like that, people accues Franklin of being that way, and perhaps Day could join that group.  You beat inferior teams but lose to teams roughly as good as you or are major rivals.

That 11-2 might look better if you beat your rivals but get upset a couple of times.
