well, you say there's no evidence of God

We do understand there is motive

doesn't prove anything, but it causes some folks to be a bit wary and critical at times
Correct take the word of all those dozens watching the infractions rather than a thicko who could start an argument in an elevator emptier than his head

Oh, what's the motive?  Are you suggesting I don't want there to be a god?  Where did you get that?

I don't mind it.
what evidence have you that this was a coaching decision?
My evidence is that it was a sarcastic statement and that you look a lil silly right now.

Dozens of people couldn't possibly be wrong.

And sharing an opposing view isn't the same as starting an argument.  It's the interrupting an echo chamber that seems to put people in an argumentative mood, though.

Watching the game live, some of the missed calls were painfully obvious.
Thank You for a few examples of evidence to provide to those pinheads who pop off pretending it's not there - you get a Yuengling

sorry for not clarifying

My point was there's a motive for the SEC to get the Dawgs into the playoff

there may not be evidence, but there's an obvious motive - $$$

so, you didn't really think the gesture or none gesture of a handshake was influenced by the coaches?

I did miss that - silly me

I view sports as "entertainment", usually it can be pretty good at it.  I stopped watching everything but CFB, MLB, and curling because I didn't find the events entertaining.

I didn't even watch any Summer Olympics.

If my team loses, I get over it pretty quickly by reminding myself it's just a game, life goes on, if they win I allow myself to be suitably optimistic and hopeful (usually).  That team is guys I don't know who don't know me and their fate is not my fate.

Unless I let it be.

I didn't feel any "better" when my team won the two recent NCs, it didn't change my life, I felt good about it for a day or so.  Fine.

As my wife says "Fine.".

"Do what you want."

"It doesn't matter to me."

"Whatever."

"Nothing".

Didn't say bad officiating didn't exist, just that many are too eager to make the leap to cheating.

But I guess screwing up my idea makes it easier to criticize.
