Saw last nite tech was always ahead but caught some of the snoozefest that was Farmageddon with the familiar GroundHog Day ending
Farmageddon is Iowa State-Kansas State isn't it?

Yup, that's the way I've always heard it.

You get a Yuengling I've heard someone refer Hawks-'Skers that way a while  back and erroneously repeated it

Great coaching

someone in a place of power wanted the Dawgs in the playoffs

follow the money

it's not a stretch
It also lacks any evidence at all.  But it's more fun to assume one is right instead of actually making sure of it.

Just how bad was the officiating in that Dawgs/Jackets Game? The different boards I perused were all howling at how much wasn't called in favor of the Kirby's

"Game ball goes to officiating crew"
"If I were a G.Tech fan in the crowd I would be storming the field and finding this crew"
"The Georgia tech coach had every right to walk on the field with a baseball bat and smash the skulls of these cheating refs. Refs need to be held accountable and messages need to be sent"
"At least the officials should wear the Dawgs colors"
"This is outright laughable with the refs"
"Wow. Wow. Wow"
"Good lord...this officiating...."
"Are you fucking kidding me?"
"Holy holding...."
"Obvious hold not called.  Good lord"
"How do they not even look at targeting? Lowers head and direct contact to the facemask on the QB, and they don't even look at it?"
"Georgia oline is holding like crazy, and the refs just watch it"
"The ref just watched the CB interfere with him and didn’t throw a flag!"
"How is that not pass interference!!!???"
"Georgia holding like a Bitch"
"These refs were given instructions, and they’re following it"
All of this can be replaced with GT's poor play-calling in all the OTs.
You run roughshod over UGA all game long.  Dominate them, breaking tackles, etc.
Then, suddenly, because reasons, it's pass play, get blitzed, roll out, incompletion.  Rinse.  Repeat.
THIS IS NOT THE GEORGIA OF THE PAST 2-3 YEARS.  You can line up at the 3, call a normal running play, and score!!!!!
I love love love that it's what won the game in the end.  Normal-ass running play.  DUH!

well, you say there's no evidence of God

We do understand there is motive

doesn't prove anything, but it causes some folks to be a bit wary and critical at times

I don't mind it.

Great coaching
what evidence have you that this was a coaching decision?

Watching the game live, some of the missed calls were painfully obvious.

On the game-turning play that caused the fumble recovery by Georgia w? 2 min left, it appeared on replay that Georgia's safety lead with his helmet. There was a long commercial break after the change of possession, during which I thought the Refs were checking for targetting, but no. However, you're almost never going to get any kind of targetting call in the dogpile between the Tackles:

The more obviously blown calls were missing the Georgia OL's blatant holding late in the game. For example, in the picture below, it is 2 & 9 with 1:20 left on Georgia's game tying drive - how this wasn't called holding deserves the outrage:

I'm suitably outraged.
