Week Zero Stream - Who gets to be the real NU?

We got a couple going today in the league.

Northwestern and Nebraska play in Ireland while Illinois hosts Wyoming.

OK, so I waited to start this one, thinking @MaximumSam  might swoop down and get it rolling. I beat him to it anyway.

Weather is not good for boating today, so instead a bunch of errands I've been putting off, and then some cooking and football later.

Split chicken breasts are in the brine. Flank steak is in the marinade. Gonna pick up some Polish sausage whilst at the German butcher later on (no Polish stores close by).

At Siesta Key beach now.  Could start raining at any time, but has held off so far.  Captain Curt's opens at 11, so I'll be heading there soon.

We're taking our boat out to a friend's marina slip and gonna hang with them all day,  They've got TVs and and a full bar, and a houseboat-slized slip that'll easily fit our wakeboat and their runabout.  We'll grill hot dogs and burgers for the kids, and prime ribeyes and strip for us.  Gonna be a pretty good day here, too.

Siesta is not in "the" keys. It's a key off of Sarasota.
