I'd take Texas @ South Florida, but maybe not PSU

Penn State I get.  Losing to a winless team is bad even if it is on the West Coast.  Texas is more debatable.

100%. Penn State has no business or argument for a top 25 ranking. They haven't beaten a P4 opponent yet and their 3 wins were vs JV sisters of the poor- they played the biggest joke of an OOC schedule of any P4 contender in the nation- and they lost at home to Oregon in a game they were getting dominated in for 95% of the game. It was a miracle they even got it into OT and soon as they did their 4th year starting SR QB Allar threw a pick to lose the game. And now they just lost to the worst team in the P4 in a game they were 4 TD favorites in. And they never had a lead for a single second in that game vs a team that never had a lead in a single second in their previous 4 losses. UCLA is truly awful.

Texas also hasn't beaten any P4 teams- but at least in their losses they went on the road into Columbus in Week 1 in their first loss to the #1 team in the country and lost by 1 score. Texas' other loss was not as close as the score indicated- but it was still a one score game in the Swamp- one of the toughest environments to play a road game in the SEC- and vs a UF team that while had been awful on offense all season- still had an excellent defense that is filled with future NFL players. Forget about defense- UCLA's entire roster might not have a single future NFL player on it.

Florida just played 3 top 10 teams in a row (at time of game, obviously).
We have 4 more top 12 teams left to play.

For all his faults, I guess Napier is now 4-1 vs top 10 foes at the Swamp.  That's cool.

not sure I'd be ready to trade coaches, jury still out on Rhule...........

but the last time the Huskers beat a top 10 ranked team was 2015 vs Sparty in Lincoln
Sparty finished the season 12–2, 7–1 in Big Ten play

On the other hand, Napier is 1-9 vs top 10 teams away from the Swamp.

winning on the road is tough, winning on the road against top 10 caliber teams is VERY tough

1-9 is unacceptable

Wisconsin hasn't beaten a P4 team for almost a year now.
