Kind of weird that it's a roughing if it's a live play, but if it's not a live play you can go ahead and drill the punter on a dead ball with no penalty.

Nebraska won out in Tempe a couple times in the late 80s/early90s, but they were fricking grinds. Of course they got skunked in 96, getting safetied three times.

With the cheater removed from ASU, and the class act Herman running the show; ASU may be my favorite Pac 12 team. 
It's always hard for Easterners to win night games on the left coast.
