I have read criticism of Devin Gardner on here with regard to his color commentary.

Perhaps it’s just a personal taste thing- because I think he is excellent.
weirdest career ever. blame Brady Hoke for messing that guy up.

after that pretty good JR year where Denard was gone and he was finally the guy at QB thought he'd take a leap as a player as a SR but yeah- it never happened. Not only did he not take a leap, he went backwards drastically

Poor bastard should've went to Oregon or Ohio State.

He I always liked him.  And the class he showed when JT got hurt sealed it for me.

And he is great in the booth.  He is educating the viewers who can’t see the whole field.

I wish programs like Maryland would just pick a uniform.  Having 19 million possible combinations sort of negates the term 'uniform,' doesn't it?

I don't mind some diversity, but those goofy helmets that were half one thing and half another were terrible

just to show you how comically bad Virginia is, they go up 14-0 on Maryland off the back of back to back long scoring drives on offense, only to immediately give up a 98 yard kick return TD once going up 14-0 and then proceed to turn the ball over 4 times and give up 42 straight unanswered points. The FCS teams Maryland played are better than Virginia. Why is Virginia always so bad? Feel like they should not suck so hard. Their next 5 games are NC State, @Boston College, William & Mary, @UNC, and @Miami. They are very likely staring being 1-7 in the face 3/4ths through the season right now.

always liked him too. his career was weird because he should've been way better than he was as a SR. he showed real flashes as a JR and had a really good season for a 1st year starter and he had serious high level raw talent, and instead of exploding into a super-nova superstar as a SR he collapsed inwards like a blackhole. it was a disaster. he deserved better. deserved better situation and deserved better coaching than fkn Brady Hoke and Al Borges.

Maybe a transfer and a fresh start will help?

Inpatient cold turkey might be more help.
