I disagree. I felt that TX/tOSU was for the NC last year because I didn't think PSU/ND had a chance no matter the match-up.

I felt that four teams had a plausible shot last year. One of them won it, two lost to that one, and the fourth got upset by Notre Dame.

The Champs Sports Bowl was irrelevant back then too, unless your team was playing in it.

It's weird when people come up with all these other reasons FOR something when it's literally just a money grab.  More teams = more (casual) fans/eyeballs/clicks = more money.

That's literally all it is.  No need to pretend otherwise.

Not being able to stop the run is the most frustrating thing as a fan.  Even if you're winning, if they can run at will, you don't deserve to win.
