Cal just handed Louisville a chance with a shanked punt.  Louisville needed 10 yards to get into FG range, and ran the three worst plays youve ever seen.

The end of basketball games is awful.

The ELO ending solves a lot of it.  Fixing the challenge system solves at least some of it
