Nebraska tied with North Dakota at the half.  Not ND State, but ND.

Cincinnati is pooping this game away.  Every time they get close, they commit multiple penalties.  They should be beating Arkansas right now.

I’m thinking the Ducks have the type of season Clemson did last year. Oregon has enough raw size and athletic talent across the roster to reel off a string of wins against a lighter PAC 12 schedule. But the Ducks look hamstrung by underwhelming quarterbacking (uiagalelei/nix) and inexperienced coaching to risk unmotivated play and getting out-coached by a good chunk of their schedule.

Utah gifted a first down, bc they didn't stop the game to review a false completion, wind up kicking a FG.
