this is my point, the Commish F'd up big time.
the Big did not have to invite UCLA to get USC and should not have
They did, and they did.  The proof is in the pudding.  You don't like it, we know.  The B1G wanted it.  The End.
Nebraska is in the B1G because it couldn't get Texas, an at that time Nebraska looked the next best thing.

Back in 1990-91 would have been the time to grab Texas, but the Big Ten F'd up and held out for fND.
Log in and had to check the time stamps thought this was from previous read posts.'Sker - Horn - Badger disorder round & round and right back to where they were 12 hrs ago. Go have some runzas, skinless chicken and a kosher dill pickle then reconvene and at least agree to throw out Michigan 😛

Gee, I wonder why I'm uncertain on the subject.  Every time it comes up, you guys go back-and-forth for 4 pages.

CRYSTAL CLEAR  :57:

Tom Osborne and other Nebraska dipshits spent a lot of time spinning bullshit stories.  The kind of stories that led you to believe that Nebraska left because Texas was somehow attempting to get a "bigger slice of the pie" in your own words, when in fact Nebraska (and OU and A&M) voted in favor of unequal revenue sharing every single time it came up for vote in the B12.

Bullshit lies and politics flowing from the Nebraska camp, is why you are uncertain on the subject.

Anyway, happy to set things straight.
