Unrelated, but Frank Gore is 3rd on the all-time rushing list.

that's what happens when you play for 17 years and stay relatively healthy lol. Crazy thing about Frank Gore is he didn't get to play much even though he was the best RB on the roster at Miami bc he tore his ACL twice in college. To have the long successful NFL career he did after that....kinda nuts.

Which is why passer rating is awful, it very much overvalues completion percentage at the expense of ypa, not translating to an era (particularly in the NFL) when guys complete passes at an unfathomable rate to past generations.

I think Kirk Cousins is top 10 all-time in NFL passer rating, lol
that is wonky.

your eyes should have seen OU  freshman sensation Marcus Dupree back in 1982

May be an image of 2 people and text that says 'Dustin Baker @DustBaker Most 40+ Yard TD Passes, Since Since2015: 2015: 1. Kirk Cousins (32) 2. Philip Rivers (30) 3. Russell Wilson (28) t4. I though that team would be a popular one for Whoa Nellie, but no one has ordered it.  Gives me an idea......

I presume these passing yards include the 7 yard screen pass a runner breaks for 70, right?

YAC

I liked that stat relating to yards per attempt.

Some reasons no one has ordered '82 OU:
they went 'only' 8-4
their QBs threw 1 TD and 12 INT
neither the offense nor the defense was elite
lost bowl game to ASU
.
I bet if I offer it and post about it, they'll be some takers.

1982 in Lincoln..................

Nebraska wrapped up its second straight Big Eight title and Orange Bowl bid with a fiercely contested, 28-24 win over Oklahoma before its 124th consecutive sellout and a national television audience — but not until defensive end Scott Strasburger’s interception in the final half-minute left killed a last-gasp Sooner effort.

The Huskers trailed, 10-7, early in the second period but put together seven-play touchdown drives of 78 and 62 yards capped by 2- and 14-yard runs by fullback Doug Wilkening to take a 21-10 halftime lead.

OU and freshman sensation Marcus Dupree weren’t finished, though, as Dupree accounted for more than half of his game-high 149 rushing yards when he sprinted 86 yards to score on the third play of the second half, bringing the Sooners within 21-17.

The teams traded long TD drives in the third quarter, then the Sooners were stymied twice inside the Husker 35 in the final period before Strasburger’s interception sealed their fate.

H’MAX NOTES: Strasburger intercepted the ball at the Oklahoma 23 and returned it to the OU 1 with 26 seconds remaining. Fans rushed the field, resulting in a 15-yard penalty against Nebraska. See video. … The goalposts came down, and a number of people were injured in the chaos, including four who were treated at Lincoln General Hospital. … During the third quarter, a UNL police sergeant was taken to the hospital after being struck in the back of the neck by a frozen orange.

Frozen oranges (and cups of piss) are why the first 15 rows of the Swamp behind the opponent's bench are no longer student seats, lol.

Hey @Cincydawg I put Leonard Pope at TE for the UGA All-Time team.  Out of Shannon Mitchell, Clarence Kay, Ben Watson.....or the new guy from this year, who would you pick?

I experienced some compelling evidence for my hatred of UGA.....prepping my first order of all 16 all-time teams, everything is done, I'm ready to put it all in the shipping envelope, but I count them up to be safe......15 teams.  15?!?  Seriously??
I lay them all out - who am I missing?  Who am I missing??  Georgia!!!  Okay, okay, I'll print them out real quick.......no all-time UGA file.
.
I HADN'T EVEN CREATED THE TEAM.
Talk about deep-seeded.
