Visiting our New Hoosier Overlords: Week 7 Thread
« on: October 16, 2026, 06:41:18 PM »
Getting some great Ohio weather - it was 88 on Tuesday, it was 71 when I woke up today, and it is currently 53 degrees and dropping. Luckily, no Friday Night Lights for me tonight. Westerville North visits Worthington Kilbourne, who will probably smash them, but I don't have to go because my daughter is in Indianapolis for a band competition. Pickup time: 3 am. Fantastic.

Schedule:

  • Friday, 8 pm, Washington at Purdue, FOX
  • Noon, #4 OSU at #5 Indiana, FOX
  • Noon, #25 Northwestern at MSU, Peacock
  • 12:30, Rutgers at Maryland, BTN
  • 3:30, Penn State at Michigan, CBS
  • 7:30, Wisconsin at #12 UCLA, NBC
  • 11 pm, Nebraska at Oregon, FOX
Others
  • Noon, Florida at #7 Texas, ABC
  • Noon, #16 Miss. State at #22 LSU, ESPN
  • 3:30, #6 Alabama at #14 Tennessee, ABC
  • 3:30, #13 Mizzou at #9 Ole Miss, SECN
  • 7:30, #2 Notre Dame at#8 BYU, ABC
  • 7:30, #18 Okie state at #20 Houston, FOX

Considering I'll probably be tanked by the third quarter of the OSU game, no chance I'm witnessing that Nebraska game unless I fall asleep at 6 and wake back up.

I'm not sure if I'll watch the Huskers

I'll be in a Holiday Inn - Salem Mass - spooky

Boiler D (and special teams) has done a good job of creating turnovers.

Can't stop diddly otherwise.

I was in Salem on Tuesday.   It was very busy. I cant believe what it will be like on a weekend.
Have fun.  Town totally sells out on its rep.   I grossly underestimated the size of the contingent which revels in this activity.

Another game.  Another absolute screw job by the refs against Purdue.

Transitive property fails again

Minn wins @Wash
Purdue beats Minn
Wash wins @Purdue

We are all equal but some are more equal than others.
