Might be scheduling an "L" there,risky business but in the spirit of fairness they should have been in, instead of the perennial juggernauts OD/JMU. A&M & the Canes would have waterboarded those two,that ND lost to by 4 total pts

I don't think Miami should have been in either
I know as everyone else does that JMU & Tulane should NOT have been in.

just remover those 3 and then Bama

poof!  8-team playoff tournament!

most of those 8 should be in

I'd rather the "final" poll and regular season mythical national championship go back to being awarded before the bowls and the playoff

Well I didn't know those were the options and Concur - if the powers that be reintroduce this it would be the smartest thing they've done

I mean, there is no point in a postseason poll anymore.  The tournament sorts out the top, and who cares behind them

the tournament only sorts out the tournament championship

the reg season championship is a different thing entirely
with the bowl opt outs by players and entire teams - the bowl games shouldn't count

anyone complaining about Tulane or JMU being unworthy should also admit the same for Miami, Bama, OU, and/or the other unworthy teams outside the top #4
