We can see the near elite players who might be 5th rounders can make some good money in the NFL, so LBs and RBs will leave when able, but QBs could command more $$$ in college now, especially if they are not prototypical.  Think Stetson Bennett, obviously an accomplished college QB, and could do OK in the NFL but that was not expected.  He could make more in college now than he's making for LA, probably.  So, mostly I think it will be the "Carson Beck" types who stay for another year in college.

That’s one of the things that killed the OG Big 12. Unequal revenue sharing. And before you start yes I know A&M benefitted and voted for it.

kid is making less money than he was at Tennessee and totally derailed his entire career by making what is without question the dumbest transfer porthole move in the short history of it. he went from potentially being a 1st rd pick if he stays at Tennessee to now 100% being an undrafted free agent when he hits the NFL draft.

Tennessee doesn't have a great have a good track record for developing QB's. Of course, UCLA hasn't developed one since... Troy Aikman?

unequal revenue sharing is a really bad idea. 

NFL model works. just follow it. the equal rev share tv deals have allowed teams in small markets like Green Bay to flourish. rising tide lifts all boats. team work makes the dream work.
