I've never heard of Tudor Biscuit World before now, but apparently you can get at least some kind of cream gravy there, if not sausage gravy.

There was some WV pizza chain that was almost always attached to it, duplex style. 

There were a couple of Ohio locations, minus the adjoining pizza place.
