IMHO as funny as it is, it makes sense. 

If you're a pilot, you don't need braille to know it's where you're supposed to be. If you're blind, you DO need braille to know it's where you're NOT supposed to be.

I thought it funny that the nicest referee dressing room I've been in had Braille stamps below "Officials" on the room card.
