It's the one that's been under construction since 1882. CD posted the name of it above.

This "church" is a basilica, the Sagrada Familia, or "Sacred Family", designed (sort of) by Gaudi.

Sagrada Família - Official ticket vendors - Sagrada Familia

History of the Temple - Sagrada Família - Sagrada Familia

It has indeed been under construction for a century plus.  It's really something to see, we'd been inside before, and apparently you need to reserve tickets weeks in advance now to enter.

I was already feelilng pretty bad, and did feel down for a couple days, weird combination of congestion, fatigue, and occasional nausea.  I feel OK now despite having 4 hours of sleep.

LOL, nothin' like a little brutal honesty.

Maybe you hung out with some of my early college-days hook-ups...hope not.

My wife hated it, at first, then she read some more about it and started to "grok" it.  I found it remarkable and impressive.  I don't really get it, but then, those cathedrals in France are remarkable and impressive and I don't get them either.

I'd opine it's a thing to see in Barcelona, but reserve tix ahead of time.

When I was there it was in a torrential rainstorm.  Couldn't see enough outside to be impressed

What are they stringing people along for gate receipts? ;D Why don't they finish the job like the Whops/Micks/Krauts/Pollacks/Bohunks/Frogs/etc; did on this side of the pond in some of the impressive structures they put up? :cheer:

To understand it, you'd have to see it.

We did a whole Gaudi tour over two days in Barcelona. Some of his other works were pretty damn cool.

There's some humor/irony in an architect whose name is basically "gaudy."
