Finishing up more of a somber day...

Now I need beer.

I had the same reaction there.

Bill Miller's is a BBQ chain that started in San Antonio back in the 50s.  They're best known for having decent fried chicken and iced tea.  That tells us all we need to know about their BBQ.
Didn't (or doesn't?) LH320 work for one of the big BBQ outfits?  I thought he was the head CFO or something.  I vaguely remember him saying something like that.
@longhorn320 you a Bill Miller Big Wig?

At one time in another life I was the CFO of Luthers Bar B Q Here In Houston.  In 2005 we were bought out by Papas Restaurants. After working there for 15 years I went on to being the Controller of the local Papa Johns franchiser. Aprox 25 locations I retired in 2010.

You must be the one that's about a foot taller than everyone else.
I was going to yell at the other people in the picture "Run for your lives" but they couldn't hear me anyway

I will opine that British Airlines is a poor operation overall.  They send me emails saying I HAVE TO COMPLETE SOME FORM with a link to do so that A) Doesn't work and B) isn't needed at all to enter the US.  The planes from UK to Rome had almost no legroom for me, my knees were aching by the time we landed.  I managed to pay for an upgrade going over to Heathrow but the seats there were barely any better than coach.  Heathrow is an airport to avoid IMHO, worse than DeGaulle.  Dirty, confusing, lengthy bus rides between terminals, they hold you in a common seating area and don't reveal your gate number until 10 minutes before loading.  Their Duty Free area is extensive of course, and that's where they hold you.  And the place was filthy.  I'd only flown out previously, never changed planes there.

Tried to be cheap on plane fare by getting it through the cruise line.  Delta has nonstops to Rome daily.  Shoulda.

We did the same thing on our TransAtlantic northern Mediterranean Cruise. On British airways connecting through Heathrow.  Not a good experience.  We also said we would never let the cruise line do our flights ever again.

If you think Heathrow is bad, you should see Gatwick.
