Yup, there's a negotiating room at Panmunjom that bridges the border between the countries. Inside that room, one can stand in North or South Korea. Been there a couple of times myself. The guards from the North stare in the windows at you while you are there. It would be silly if it weren't serious.
I was told they rarely actually use that room for negotiations (it's just big enough for one large (16-20 person?) conference table, if I remember correctly--it has been a hot second since I was last there).
