A list of places he's been would be "impressive", including the very rural parts of Africa.

"Combat claustrophobia by taking a virtual tour of some of the country’s most majestic national parks. The Hidden Worlds of the National Parks project from Google Arts & Culture offers virtual, 360-degree tours of five National Park System sites, all guided by real park rangers. The diverse destinations include the Kenai Fjords in Alaska; Volcanoes in Hawai’i; Carlsbad Caverns in New Mexico; Bryce Canyon in Utah; and Dry Tortugas in Florida. You can view all the properties from your phone or computer, and if you have a virtual reality headset, you can transport yourself out of your home with an immersive experience."

The world’s largest geothermal cave system is in Hungary. It is located underground Budapest. Europe’s largest underground lake also was recently found under Budapest’s Gellért Hill.

Four way onion and coney at Blue Ash Chili, back home now after one night in the mountains.  Heard and excellent concert in Cincy and had some quality time with Louis Langree' and his wife.  Kind of a lot of driving, got 39 mpg in the highway at 80 mph.

We stayed one night in Lake Junaluska NC (below) but I had worked up a blister on my foot and we couldn't walk about as much as I wanted.  The weather held for us.  We drove into Waynesville, NC for dinner, what once was a dying town is now thriving.

I'm thinking about going to Myrtle Beach in late June. I've never been. I wanted to go a few times but the ex-wife always nixed it. Now that the "ex" has been added to her title I'm going to do it. I've found some nice AirBnB's right next to the beach. I'll take my dog and my golf clubs and have a good time.

Myrtle Beach is not my cup of tea, at all, but they do have a lot of golf around.

And it can be pretty cheap.

Myrtle Beach has a state park with some nice cabins.

Man, those Carolina mountains look tiny.
