Cool.  The first weeks back from the holidays are always murder for me, but I might be able to shake free at some point

speaking of UT-Arlington... not really

I will be in the great state of Texas visiting my brother the 5th thru Saturday the 11th.

I plan to play golf in Flower Mound on Sunday the 5th, stay in the Arlington area until Tuesday afternoon and be in Round Rock Tuesday evening.

I'll be in the Round Rock area until leaving bright and early Sunday morning the 12th.

If anyone wants to get together while I'm in the area, just let me know what might work for your schedule.
Are you driving or flying?
If the former, are you driving home through Tulsa?

the Return trip is from Round Rock to home on Sunday the 12th.  900 miles, 14 hours

That's a killer return trip.

When I was young and dumb, I used to drive from Fort Bragg, NC, to Tulsa, in something like 22 hours.  I would stop at a truck stop in Tennessee and take a 2-hour nap in my car.  Other than that, it was stopping only for gas.  Bathroom visits had to be incorporated into gas stops.  I wouldn't do that on a bet now that I'm old and dumb.

Have a safe trip.

I hit it pretty hard on the road

Ladies don't enjoy travelling with me

I've got two other golfers with me this trip.  Both in their 50's.  The back seat in my Silverado double cab isn't comfortable.

all three of us are cheap and aren't willing to spend another night in a hotel

no, but I might allow them to drive some this trip.

I say that before the trip and then just drive it myself

It would be good to get some shut-eye in the middle of the trip.  Put your two buddies in the front and catch 40 winks in the back seat.

What is an example of a play call in the huddle?

I often seen an audible of course that appears to be one or two words.  But if they huddle, what is an example play?  49 x-ray right or something like that?

A "poison" that expires because it degraded chemically would nearly always be less toxic.  The various nerve agents for example are chemically reactive to water (and especially hydrogen peroxide).  Once degraded (hydrolyzed), they are pretty nontoxic.

Humans did not evolve from monkeys of course, and if we did, there is no reason monkeys would not still be around.

I was checking out (oogling) TVs in Costco today (again).  QLED or OLED?

I'm not going to upgrade until we get a lot more programming in 4K.

There's more than a little evidence for this. Why else do you think anti-oxidants are healthy for you?
