Yes he was.  One of the two times I saw him he did don a EMU sweatshirt.   Iirc he wasn't necessarily a big fan of EMU.

He was not. Michigan first, Florida #2. He did grad school there. Never went to Michigan.

Yup, I had forgotten that.

The reason I "hate" EMU (I don't) is nobody hates EMU except maybe WMU.  Being hated is a sign of respect.

Not sure what is up with Michigan's D. The Hoosiers had ~300 yards on the Wolverines IN THE FIRST HALF.  Against the Nittany Lions they only had ~200 yards in the whole game including OT.
