And now apparently it's pass interference, if you touch the receiver once he's already out of bounds, but being out of bounds is not a penalty and coming back in. I think the big 10 is starting to panic over what might happen if Northwestern loses this game

DeAngelo Groce won Ohio Defensive Mr. Football last year, but was undersized, and didn't get much attention.  Seems like MSU found another Ohio gem.
