The oxtail has been marinating all night - onion, garlic, soy sauce, habanero, scallions, and thyme. About to brown it up then let it stew all day. Should make the house smell nice.

DJ U was suppose to be a star. 5* #1 QB in his class. Huge dude with a massive arm. On his 3rd college team and just kinda meh. throws a lot of balls 1000 mph and just a little bit high or behind the receiver.
