Michigan has his HS head coach coaching on their defense. They didn't really make a run either. Kinda shocking how his transfer played out. Either his grades are a mess at Penn State, he's got off-field problems we don't know about, and/or he's got a very bad rep as a guy who doesn't work hard or is a locker-room problem.

Josh Schafer of 247Sports reported that safety Reggie Pearson has entered his name into the NCAA transfer portal. He was a contributor for the Badgers in 2018 and 2019 but did not play during the 2020 season.

UW doctors wouldn't clear him to play. Cervical injury, I'm told. Hate to lose him. Great player and great kid.

If he's able to get cleared elsewhere, God bless.

Former 4* OLB Itayvion Brown, the 2nd highest rated member of Minnesota's 2020 class, transfers to MSU, because, I guess?

We’ll take him.  Go make tackles, kid.

WVU Safety Tykee Smith enters the portal. HUGE blow for the Mountaineers. Smith is an excellent safety and was a key part of one of the nation’s best defenses.

This comes just a few weeks after projected starting CB Dreshun Miller entered the portal. Bums me out.

i dont know the truth but speculation is there was some off field issues that did not fit in with the Culture Fleck has.
I do know Tank was pretty good when given a  chance last season in a weird season where COVID was a challenge every week with guys being out or in etc.
if this move makes Tank make better decisions then he will be a great addition for MSU, he has the skills

The rumors are that he wasn't taking academics very seriously, and that while he wasn't academically ineligible, there were some concerns there.

Sounds like the LSU TE.

Michigan WR/KR Giles Jackson enters the portal. I'm kinda pissed at Jim about this one. Jackson is dynamic with the football in his hands and is a legit 4.35-4.4 kid.

Fifth-year Nebraska tight end Kurt Rafdal has entered his name in the NCAA transfer portal HuskerOnline has confirmed.

The Indiana native saw just 15 snaps at tight end in 2020, after seeing 58 in 2019 and 162 in 2018.

Rafdal found himself in a very crowded tight end room at NU this spring, as the Huskers returned their top two players from a year ago in Austin Allen and Travis Vokolek, and they added the nation's top-ranked high school tight end in Thomas Fidone, along with Norris product James Carnie this spring.

With the extra COVID year, Rafdal would still have two years of eligibility remaining for both 2021 and 2022.

In three seasons at Nebraska, Rafdal saw action in 26 games and caught six passes for 77 yards.

MSU adds WR Christian Fitzgerald from Louisville.  In state kid, who wasn't offered by Dantonios staff, now coming back.
