OT: Jared Lorenzen

I'm not sure if anyone's followed the "Pillsbury Throwboy" back in the early 2000s, but I heard that he's been having some serious health issues lately and was recently hospitalized for heart and kidney problems.  He was already very large in college (listed at 275, but he was probably closer to 3 bucks) and after a brief professional career, has since ballooned to nearly 500 pounds.

If he pulls through (and based on the limited information I've seen, it's not sounding good), I hope he makes the necessary changes to live a full and healthy life.

I read that he had lost about 100 pounds and was down around 400 when he was taken ill.

Best wishes for his speedy recovery.

Per ESPN, he passed away today at 38.  Way too young.
