When you have that much prime rib left, you need to break it down into portions,  either cube it or strips, Ziploc it, vacuum seal if possible and freeze it for stews, soup or stroganoff.  I hope you kept the bones.  Homemade beef stock is the best, for soup, chili, carmelizing onions, and really easy to make.

That prime rib is in no danger of spoiling.  My next trick is creating a spinach salad compete with all the goodness one can contribute to such a thing, and then laying strips of the center cut ribeye roast across it... Will carve the strips off and flash heat them in super hot skillet for no more than three seconds a side.... then there are strips seared while wrapped around a Tommy toe with caprese cheese atop, drizzled with an Asian ginger sauce and capped with fresh basil that will be used as munchers Wednesday night.

I think you mean the 95 thing
97 stung the Wolverines and the Peyton Manning Vols more that the Gators
I personally got more enjoyment out of the 94 thing, Warren Sapp and the Canes getting steamrolled in the 4th quarter

I call it both, but my mother was an English teacher and if I ain't using it to stuff something I can't in good conscience call it stuffing.
Test Kitchen does a good Turkey segment.Take some of the pan drippings(the rest for gravy).Pour it over home made croutons in a pan/dish.Forget all the ingredients but cooked it separately. You definitely get the turkey taste.check out their website. And your mom learnt U ta spell just fine and i ain't lyin'

I don't know; sometimes being on this board is like herding cats- freaking hilarious but the potential for getting all scratched up is pretty high.
HA!Pretty much sums up most Fan Forums/Message Boards.I might steal that for my signature

I know what you mean, although I have to admit that for a board that is dedicated to multiple teams, this one is probably a lot more civil than some that are just for one team; I used to be a member of one for the Huskers that at times made me marvel at how fractured our fan base can be - never saw so many members get vacationed for personal attacks in my life!  At least here we seem to be a lot more polite and can disagree without a war breaking out, lol.
I know that you believe you understand what you think I said,
but I am not sure you realize what you heard is not what I meant.  Anonymous

I don't really have an affinity for any B10 squad.
I like when Michigan is good, but that doesn't mean I like Michigan.  I probably liked them more before we played them (0-3).
Ohio State was fine until they took our weak-hearted HC (I guess the pressure in Columbus doesn't match it in Gville)
Iowa is sort of boring (no offense).
I guess I like MSU.  PSU will be forever linked to the Catholic Church stuff that went on there.  The newbies (yawn), meh.  The best think about N'Western is nuwildcat's in-game posts.  Wiscy is cool, albeit a one-trick pony, albeit effective.  Minny?  Meh.

If I had to pick one, maybe it's MSU?  I can let go of the Citrus Bowl loss that UF matched 5'8" Robert Cromartie with 6'6" Plaxico Burress all afternoon.  That was the worst halftime show ever, btw.

I do still dislike UNL for '95.  Coming back and winning it in '96 erased much of the hurt, but that '95 team was better than the 96 one.  Spurrier didn't change his antiquated pass-blocking scheme until after game 11 of the 1996 season (loss @ FSU).  Would've liked to see that '95 offense in the shotgun in that Fiesta Bowl.  Maybe then the defenders would've been making tackles instead of trying to strip the ball since they were behind.

I guess PU and IU didn't warrant a mention....I guess that's all you need to know about them in my mind (no offense).

Yeah, the Florida board on the old site was awful.  It was the same 3-4 regs trolling anyone new who posted.  If your post wasn't bashing someone, they made fun of it.  And god forbid you tried posting about the actual football......they mocked you for caring.  Very odd.
