Yesterday, December 7, 2020 was the seventh anniversary of the only B1GCG that I attended in person. Back in 2013 Ohio State went undefeated and won the "Why is Wisconsin Here / Legends" Division by two games over the aforementioned Badgers. Meanwhile Michigan State went undefeated and won the "Where is Wisconsin / Leaders" Division by three games over the Hawkeyes.
My dad and I travelled to Indianapolis where we met up with
@MarqHusker ,
@Roaddawg , and a few others and watched the game. I miss a time when I could take my dad on a trip like that. Enjoy those times while you can.
Back to the CG:
Northwestern will be making their second appearance. If Ohio State is eligible the Buckeyes will make their sixth appearance tying Wisconsin for the most. If not, Indiana will make their first appearance. Appearances:

Northwestern will be trying for their first B1GCG win as will the Hoosiers if the Buckeyes are ineligible. If the Buckeyes are eligible, they will be trying for their record fifith B1GCG win (next most is MSU and UW at two each). B1GCG wins:

This will either be the second tOSU/NU match-up or the first NU/IU match-up. B1GCG match-ups:

Nine teams have at least shared a B1G Divisional Championship including the Buckeyes who have won or shared eight straight (nine if they qualify this year). B1G Divisional Championships:

The first three years had four different participants and two different winners. In the six years since the B1G-E in general and tOSU specifically have just taken over:

First three years (2011-2013):
- 2-0 UW
- 1-1 MSU
- 0-1 tOSU
- 0-1 UNL
Last six years (2014-2019):
- 4-0 tOSU
- 1-0 MSU
- 1-0 PSU
- 0-4 UW
- 0-1 NU
- 0-1 IA
