That definitely is roughing the punter and an official should get docked.There were plenty of crap calls in the M- tOSU contest who was Delaney trying to screw there?Even on a M board their fans were saying at least they were not getting jobbed.In a close game Buckeye fans could have a case against the officials.While IMO they do have to revise the way Ref review close calls but I don't think Delaney had it out for tOSU or the Grid Iron Juggernaut Terps.No reason with the technology the league's can't ask for better calls.How do the referee, umpire, head linesman, line judge, back judge, field judge and side judge all whiff on that?The Officials have to be conditioned to accept that sometimes they either used bad judgement or more often than not had a bad view/angle.It should be a lot better than it is
