Being a bit bored yesterday around 5 PM, I checked the SEC N on the TV and there was the Finebaum show, talk about stirring the pot. I tried to listen/watch for 15 minutes or so, suffice it to say it's not my cup of tea. I was looking in vain for some comedic effect. I'd seen it before long enough to realize it's not MCoT, but this is the first time I tried to stay with it more than 2 minutes.
Is there any reason to believe Finebaum is any kind of CFB "expert"? Rhetorical question.
Anyway, I thought they might have a replay of sau the USCe-UK game, which I would have watched for a half hour.
Cincinnati long ago had a radio talk show host named Bob Trumpy who basically disagreed with whatever the caller said. I called in once and told him he was exactly right that "UK would not make the final four that year", which he had JUST told the previous called, a UK fan, and Trumpy argued with me.
Finebaum isn't that sort, he seems to quasi-go along with the callers to a degree, often I cannot understand their point they take forever to get to whatever it is, if ever.
One caller was going on and on about how two other long time callers no longer called in. OK then.
