My cousin had a nice Mustang some years ago, something close to that blue color, but a bit deeper, and it was a convertible.  She came over to Austin from Houston and wanted me to drive around a bunch, because due to a convoluted story I don't entirely remember, she needed to put 3000 miles on it in a hurry.

I explained to her that she was not going to hit 3000 miles just by visiting Austin and having me drive it all over the place for the weekend.  But, I sure had fun in her Mustang out in those hills!

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY CORVETTE! It was 73 years ago today on January 17, 1953 that Chevrolet introduced the world to the new Corvette at the GM Motorama Show held in New York City at the Waldorf Astoria hotel.
