The Skyline is just sort of a square plain jane car.  I'm comparing it to the  Japanese sportscars like the Toyota Supra and Nissan Z cars.  Compared to those, the Skyline is boxy and unimpressive.

I mean honestly, the Fox body Mustangs are way cooler than the Nissan Skyline.
So, you like this box

but not this box?

(That is what I got when I dumped the 928S4 - Volvo 850R.)

Somewhat true. The Skyline was a bit of a sleeper car. Capable of a LOT more than the styling would indicate...

I had to look up photos of the skyline in the 80s. Whoa. That took me back to an era of cars best forgotten.

That Volvo was a great car. I took it to almost 500K miles in the 17 years I had it, and then I sold it for $5,500.00. I bet it's still on the road.

SUV's aren't trucks.

They're tall cars.

Crossovers are ugly station wagons.  Glad you and I agree.

SUVs are trucks.

It's not an SUV.  SUVs are built on truck chassis.  Anything else is just a station wagon.
