Not a sporty car comment, but just soliciting some opinions.
I've got my eye on a used 2018 Camry with less than 5k miles. Obviously, it's 7 years old, which is not the most wonderful for buying a used car I'd want to get at least 10 years out of if I choose. otoh, it's only got 4600 miles. And, Camry's have excellent service records.
My understanding--which is not worth much--is that it's probably more important how well a vehicle was maintained than necessarily "high" or "low" mileage, or simple age. However, at ~4600 miles, there probably hasn't even been the necessity for an oil change, so I wouldn't really expect to have any service records available. And, 7 years is a long time, even for something to sit. The battery could still be toast, rubber and plastic parts still deteriorate, etc., even when a car just sits. I've heard tires should be changed in that case even if at full tread.....dunno.
As far as I know, it's just "used" and not CPO.
Assume I could get the price were I want it and other features are fine and cosmetically it's in great shape, so there's no "depends on how well you like it" factor. I'm really just asking if I should not like this car as much as I think I do given the age. Also, utee94's opinions on Camry's are well-known, so he can just stick to general advice if he has any, and nothing in particular about Toyota Camry's.
