Yes, 454. My bad.

Volvo-Penta uses them for some of their applications.

Pontiac never used a 455? So only Buick and Olds?

My '79 Formula had a 400. I don't think the 428 got used much, but I could be off there.

426 Hemi's were popular among gearheads.

Corvette did the same kind of thing but in reverse, they started bad and then developed a real sports car.

with a little help from Shelby

Pontiac did have a 455 motor.

I never understood the allure of "Hemi".  It was just a trademark, like Jepp calling their cars "Trail Rated".

They dropped them into Firebirds and GTOs also.

yup, many folks ask me if the 6.2 in the C8 is the same 6.2 in the Chevy pickup

I mostly just say, "no"

I might mention the bore & stroke might be similar

Henry Ford and his wife in the first car he built in 1896, in a photograph from 1946.
The first car that automobile maven Henry Ford ever constructed was the Quadricycle Runabout, a vehicle that looks more like a carriage crossed with two bicycles than cars that we’re driving around now. The QR was Ford’s first draft at a gasoline-powered car, a chain drive, and and a buggy seat. At the time Ford had to come up with his own ignition system, which shows just how ingenious Ford was.
The Quadricycle Runabout was a very simple automobile with a two-cylinder engine. In 1896 Ford sold the car for $200 in order to build his second car and after his success in 1904 he bought the car back for $65. It’s good to see that the QR never stopped running

Saw one of these on the road earlier. I'd drive it if someone else bought it.

Chrysler Imperial - Frank Sinatra edition. Exterior paint in Glacier Blue Crystal (an obvious nod to Sinatra’s nickname, Ol’ Blue Eyes) with matching blue upholstery in Kimberly velour or Corinthian leather, a unique center console that housed 16 casette tapes of the singer’s favorite music, and discrete gold-toned exterior badges. All the appointments were said to be approved by Sinatra himself, who was a bit of a car guy.
