I stepped out after PSU missed the FG for the second time. How did they keep the ball?

Penalty on OSU for hitting the snapper or something like that.

Then they fumbled at the goal line and recovered it, but it was ruled down/short before the fumble.

All resulting in a TD.

Thanks. I saw the ending I just didn't know how it was PSU's ball.
