I'll take Georgia over Oklahoma and Clemson over Alabama. And then Georgia over Clemson.

My annual rant that the championship game should be during the day, on a Saturday, because it is a major event.  Instead, it's on Monday night, as if it were an episode of Will and Grace and the networks need to maximize rating points.  I am sometimes amazed at the complete disrespect college football people have for their own product.

I’m not sure about during the day, though I’m not opposed to it, but I wholeheartedly agree it should be on a Saturday.

That got me thinking.....would it be fun to have, say, Seth McFarlane announcing an entire football game as Peter Griffin?  Like actually announcing the game for real, but as that character?

Will Ferrell as Harry Caray
Kenny from 'South Park'

Hell, could you imagine Robin Williams announcing a 3-hour game?  The viewers would be exhausted by the end.

Milton, from 'Office Space' paired with a chick doing a phone sex voice the whole time.  That'd be hilarious.
