Considering Wisconsin was handing them the ball left and right, and Hornibrook was playing like and Wisconsin was still only down 3, you knew it was going to swing big time if that stopped.

This game ain't gonna win any Academy Awards. Gophs catch a break on the illegal formation penalty.

Also, have I mentioned that I despise running out of the shotgun on 2nd and 1?

They caught a break with the refs standing over the ball until our play clock got to 3 seconds at the goalline too.
Stripes are calling a whale of a game today.

I'd say Northwestern's OL looks bad, but it seems like Thorson is doing a terrible job identifying the blitzer.

Jake Funk broke Maryland State records in high school football, and these announcers are surprised that he gets the ball.

Welcome to the Big Ten, PJ. Time to learn that running nothing but inside zone read is not going to cut it.

Wow, they actually got a targeting call right.  Wasn't targeting, the late hit was a good call, and stands.

If the NFL refs actually correctly called those pick plays, Manning and Brady's careers would have ended 15 years ago.

Wow, what a catch, after Rhoda nearly blew the sure TD.

Late hit? He wasn't down yet.
Maybe QB's should just wear yellow jerseys.
