Yes it is.  
Rutgers gave Washington a scare, held them to something like 70 pass yards, 20 rushing yards, 0/5 3rd downs, and 9 min t.o.p. in the first half.  They hurt themselves too with a pick, missed FG, and a  punt that was supposed to go out of bounds being returned for a TD which let UW take a 10-7 halftime lead.  Washington finally woke up in the 2nd half, but this was B1G #14 vs PAC #1.
Now Maryland is looking good vs Texas, granted UT may have a helmet ranking.

Very impressed with Maryland against Texas down the stretch, weathering a 3rd Q where Texas was able to assert their will. Terps look mentally tough & imposing.

so 2 days ago I was happy we didn't have to play the much-improved Indiana this season

well, unfortunately, a road game @ Maryland is on our schedule .... ugh
