He demoted the offensive coordinator, which was odd considering the offense was what won them some games
And that he convinced him to quit his head coaching job to come be his OC.

He is in WAY over his head.  He is going to attract talent and NIL money.  But he's going to have to lead on his coaches for the Xs and Os.  So demoting his first OC, who he convinced to quit head coaching, 8 games in, when he was the least of the problems,.is not going to go a long way towards convincing other coaches with options to come coach with him.

Colorado isn't a great job.  He should have just kept vastly outtalenting HBCUs until a school where he could acquire enough talent to outtalent enough schools, came calling

At a wedding. Trying to figure out if I can hitch a ride with someone, so I don’t have to stay too sober. Or if it’s a better idea to be judicious about the sauce. Can’t handle hangovers like I used to.

Interested to see what I can or can’t watch tomorrow. Thankfully we have 30 hour batteries and YouTube TV on our phones. So we should be able to get something out of this.
A wrap up.

didn’t catch a ride with someone, but ended up giving folks a ride home. Ended up consuming a moderate amount of drinks, with a good balance.

At least one of the groom‘s college friends admitted to checking their alma mater‘s score during Catholic mass. Said alma mater lost, and it was in part attributed to God not approving.

Things ended a little early, and while there was talk of getting a drink or two after the wedding, basically everyone return to the hotel and decided to pass out. It was the earliest I’ve been in bed in a while, and the Sunday version of me was very thankful. Even got to catch the end of the evening games and a little of the late games.

Sean Lewis should land an OK job soon enough.

He’s a bit of an odd fit because he kind of needs to land on a team whose coach is more a recruiter who hands thing off (and isn’t insane like Deion). That scheme won’t vibe with defensive head coaches who aren’t already desperate.

Indiana could do worse. He probably needed a really good year this year to get a job like MSU.

This season has gone by fast, so far.  Part of it is our traveling for two weeks.

Well, I missed the Vandy game and a bye week, so I get a pass.

17 7 Hoosiers going into halftime. Wisconsin looks hung over from last week.
Nah. They just are not a good team, and they are made worse by losing so many starters in the backfield.

Play calling was terrible. Turnovers were terrible. Execution was terrible.

Something has to change if they are wanting to win another game and get to a bowl.
