Because it has just been one scandal after another since the basketball captain drove the ADs car into a pole at 2am, and no breathalyzer was given, or questions as to why the basketball captain was driving the ADs car, and giving fake names to the arresting officer, who clearly had zero interest into looking into the situat

I’ll say this - Michigan was way ahead of its time. When the Southern schools were handing out paper bags to recruits, Michigan handed them out to the media and "coaches" with an Intelligence Operations or IT Support Specialists backgrounds

I think it's probably a case of Jeem is so weird and on the spectrum that he has zero social skills. Normal person head coach would probably sniff out some of these guys and think to themselves "yeah, there's something wrong with this guy I'm interviewing" right away.
I think you're right

so weird he seeks out other weirdos/creeps

Let's not pretend that Bear Bryant's players weren't paid with all kinds of swag and cash dollars back in the day.

am under no illusions my friend. major college football at this level has always been a cesspool. there was at least some order in the chaos, now it's just pure chaos- the wild wild west.

Or worse, some school who throws a ton of money at the problem and still continues to go 6-6.

I have no idea who such a school might be, and maybe "worse" isn't the right word....maybe it's "hilarious."  I'll ask around in my sources in BR and see if they can think of anybody who fits this bill :57:
