Being from down "heah", I do like good fried shrimp, and chicken, and okra, and cardboard ...

I once ate 104 fried shrimp at a Red Lobster back in my yute.
How about lamb fries?

I miss seafood places on the coast.

Actually, I specifically miss Cedar River Seafood.  The opposite of fancy, as a kid, I'd always get the popcorn shrimp - an obscene pile of it, much of which has fallen into the bowl of apple sauce.  With big, fat steak fries.

It was great.
Not a big seafood fan, but my wife another reason we now have a place on the coast.  She eats steamers and I will have a grilled cheese

I've had fries fried in lamb fat.  I like fried food, I'm not sure they are unhealthy for one's cardio system.  The medical advice keeps changing.

I recall the aspirin advice was dropped at some point.

Fried food (high cholesterol) is what caused my chest crack.

I take baby aspirin (81mg) to keep the blood a little thinner.

Not sure where your info is coming from.
