Worcestershire, anchovies, garlic & cloves, aged peppers, & liquid smoke

I'll try it.

Yeah, that's the cheat code. Pro tip: get the spicy.

One thing little known about France is how many kinds of mustard they have.

Many of them are excellent and interesting.  We get some imported here of course, Maille is the main brand.  This is from their shop in Paris which is akin to a museum.  The variety is about 4x what is shown.

Ketchup has a fascinating history.

We rarely use it as well, almost never, I think we have a bottle somewhere (not in fridge).

brother wants to go here for lunch........ same place as a year ago when they first opened.  Wasn't impressed but told him I'd give it another shot.
gets poor reviews....  I'll have the special burger deal.

Portillo's

Meat our first ever meal deal: The Big Burger Bundle, a char-broiled burger with fries and a drink for just $9.99!

They do a good burger, although I'd be more likely to get the jumbo Chicago Dog with everything.

Definitely upgrade to cheese fries though. The cheese sauce at Portillo's is addicting!

I tried Portillo's twice in Orlando, had the sandwich both times.  Not my thing, wife didn't like it, so it's out.  Might give a shot at the burger deal maybe though, we're headed down on the 2nd.

I see they are opening some here as well.

It's kind of interesting how a local chain at some point tries to expand, like Chick-Fil-A did with success way back.  They used to be all local and all in malls.
