Join us for an elevated multi-course experience inspired by kaiseki — Japan’s elegant dining tradition of balance, seasonality, and presentation — reimagined with a playful, modern edge by Chef Andrew Hallowell.
🍶 THE MENU
Sakizuke – Amuse-Bouche
Beef carpaccio with sake ponzu, shallot, and microgreens
Owan – Soup Course
Fried tofu in delicate dashi broth, topped with scallion and katsuobushi (bonito flakes)
Shusai – Main Course
Seared pork with a touch of peanut butter richness, served with udon noodles, broccoli, and golden consommé
Dorayaki – Dessert
Fresh crepes with seasonal fruits and whipped cream
Each course features a thoughtfully paired wine, spirit, or cocktail.
🥂 THE EXPERIENCE
5:30 PM – Cocktail & Cigar Hour
The patio opens early for drinks and mingling. Enjoy the view and bring your own cigars — The Warrior does not sell them. Full cash bar available.
7:00 PM – Guided Dinner Service
The Chef’s Table experience begins. Each course will be introduced by the chef, with guided beverage pairings and light storytelling. Approx. 90 minutes.
