This is going up the first chance I've been able to. I meant to get this up yesterday, because they're are several regular players in Florida that are neck deep in prep for 'ol Milton. But life got in the way on my end

On January 1, 1962, the Minnesota Golden Gophers played the UCLA Bruins in the Rose Bowl. On that fateful afternoon for the first time, the nation saw the world famous sunset over the San Gabriel Mountains in living color on NBC. This Rose Bowl was the first college football telecast in color.

The Gophers return to Arroyo Seco for the first time since that day, coming off a gutty win over USC. This iteration of the Bruins is not in the same league as the 1962 version.
