Either AZ or IN... I forget which one is the last holdout. The other of the two changed it a few years ago. 

I honestly think that I'd prefer not changing the clocks at all, but that I'd prefer to permanently be on DST rather than standard time. I.e. California would be UTC -7:00 all year rather than the current UTC -8:00 for a couple months and -7:00 for a little over half the year. 

That said, I'm actually looking forward to the change this weekend, because on school mornings with the kids it'll be the difference between walking the dog in the dark and actually having light.

My dad has always referred to standard time, as "Daylight Wastings Time."  Can't say I disagree,

I'd still rather have the daylight shifted to later clock hours. I'm not afraid of the dark.
