I remember learning some State of Iowa history

don't recall what year or if there was an entire semester/class or just a few weeks as part of another history class

I don't recall there ever being an "Illinois History" class that I had to take...

Same.

They'd probably rather not talk about it.

Now, you might think Louisiana wouldn't want to talk about it either, but unlike Illinois, which still has the propriety of shame, Louisiana is full bore with its corruption.  It was long ago turned into entertainment.  The pitch to its citizens is something like "This is your history.  Corrupt politics and Cajun food...that's who you are.  Just lean into it."

We don't gloss over our governors getting assassinated.  We take our elementary school kids on field trips to the capitol to see the bullet hole in the walls (I'm not kidding).  We don't hide the fact they routinely went to prison and openly philandered with prostitutes.  We discuss it in elementary Social Studies classes.  (I'm not kidding, again.)

Seems like the ranking should be reversed... Lowest cost #1 (best), highest cost #18 (worst).

1. Debatable - Northwestern's is fantastic, as is USC's. Wisconsin's is not done yet but will be just as good as those two.

2. Northwestern, by a long shot.

3. Penn State's Creamery. Shout out to Babcock in Madison. Both are part of the Colleges of Agriculture.

4. Northwestern, by a long shot.

5. Northwestern, if you want to fly literally anywhere direct.
